Where can I make a booking?

We don’t take reservations at any of our sites as we run on a walk in basis only.


What’s the maximum time I can stay at my table?

Whilst we have a 45 minute table turnaround time, if the café is a little more quiet you are welcome to extend your stay a little longer.


How long will I have to queue on the weekend?

Our queue times can vary from 5 minutes to 25 minutes. Our team will do their best to seat your party as soon as possible.


Do you accept bookings for bigger parties?

For private hire of our sites, please send an email to pr@elnlondon.co.uk with your enquiry and we will do our best to accommodate.


Is your menu suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, we have plenty of vegetarian and vegan options in our menu! Please let our staff know of your dietary requirements on arrival and they will assist.


Do you serve your drinks with milk alternatives?

Of course, we have plenty of milk alternative options within our menu from oat milk to coconut milk. Our friendly baristas will be happy to help.

Which EL&N site is the biggest?

Our Hans Crescent site in Knightsbridge is the largest, spread across two floors. Our Selfridges London concession is the next largest in size.


Does EL&N deliver?

You can find us on Uber Eats and Deliveroo, check your location to see if we’re within your radius! Search ‘EL&N London’ for all our store options.


Do you have Gluten Free options?

Whilst we do serve GF options, all our food is created in a kitchen where there may be gluten nearby, we cannot guarantee that won’t be any cross contamination.
